2001 Cami

I have just bought a 2001 Cami fitted with a DVD navigation system (TV/MD/CD Tuner).

I am trying to find some info re this navigation system (NMCT-D50) and if it has any use in Europe.

Also I'm finding some difficulties in finding, on the internet, Cami accessories.

Does anybody know of any site?

I brought a 2000 Caldina with the same system and i'm having the same problem <_<

I have heard some import stereos can get chipped or do a rom update yourself but the only english hit i have had on the net for the headdeck is yours

I can't seem to get a GPS DVD for NZ with this system, I asked some people I know at navman with no luck and if anyone could get it going they could :(

Plan B for me is going to have to be gut a laptop and try to connect the screen and drives to it, its a big pain in the ***** but it opens up alot of cool options

Holla back if u find out a way to get the GPS going or better yet covert it to english

I don't know where in Europe you are but the Toyota Cami is the same car as the Daihatsu Terios,

so if you have a Daihatsu dealer in your area, or if you look for Daihatsu Terios accessories, you may find the things you're after.
