Actuator Switch Aka Central Locking Switch

how the hell do it keep in place!! It works fine for a while and when i have shut the door a few times it comes loose and the central locking stops workin! Unless i have the wrong one im not sure what im doing wrong as it does click into place? anyone fitted one before?
