Is it possible to connect USB socket to the original radio CD/mp3 in Auris 2008?

I think you need an interface adaptor for it which is a little annoying.

Quick answer No, your radio does not have the required input on the rear of the radio nor AUX function. The options listed above are your only realistic options or find a scrap 2011> car and swap out the radio, harness, trim & USB socket
