I had mine lowered by 40mm, But i did try to get the jamex 35mm springs but you will find that they are very hard to get hold of, The suppliers in holland dont seem to understand the word URGENT.. i waited for 4 weeks before i decided to cancel the order and get different springs.

I bought some 35mm Jamex and fitted them and they knocked at the front. No idea why, couldn't cure it so I'm in the process of trying to get my money back. The rear springs were fine, but the fronts looked more like they'd been cut than just ones that would drop. I've now got Roc which are a 40mm drop, but if you stood one of the front springs next to a Jamex front it's two inches longer! I'd avoid the Jamex!

Of course, if you really want them you can have mine for £50...

I have GMAX springs and they knocked at the rear, fixed it by putting a length of reinforced tube on one of the lower coils, as the coils were causing the knocking. Car is quiet and handles excellent, looks so cool as it has that stance...

Good chance Kev won't see this post as his last one was 2008 and this topic goes back to 2004.

He is regularly on CC--UK. Try your question there. I think after 6 years he still has the same car.

Hi ya Mate,

i know your post is a bit old but just want to ask info.. what spring did you put on and how many mm drop? did you change the stock shocks. If not, was there any trouble or was it fine? I'm going to lower mine to and need some info. Cheers mate..

He hasn't been on here for nearly four years!

Why not fit a set of TTE's?, they're designed to work in conjunction with the stock Dampers, and as a bonus are made by Eibach.
