Toyota Aygo Speakers, Which Is Best Thing To Do To Improve Sound Quali

HI, I'm new to this forum, so please bare with me. lol. I've got a Toyota Aygo 2006 and i'm wanting to upgrade the sound system. I don't know which way to do it. Do i change all the existing Speakers and keep head unit?? or do I keep original Speakers and change head unit and add an active subwoofer and 6x9 in parcel shelf or do I change Speakers, head unit and fit active subwoofer and fit 6x9, i'm just wanting the sound quality to be better and bait more base. If any1 could help i would really appreciate it, i don't know much about electronics i've only ever changed the head unit in cars before now and want to get my hands dirty. lol thanks

Hey, i just finished this project at my 2005 aygo last week!

First i changed the Front Speakers with ALPINE 10cm because this was very easy.

This was true effektive to sound improvement.

Next i installed an ALPINE bluetooth radio because of much more power.

This was easy, but i had to get help of a friend to set the cables in the right way.

I needed some Adapters for radio too.

Last step was to install 6x9 in the rear of my 3-door aygo. I modified the plastic sides with a saw for a bigger hole. Then i had to install some wood rings for the right depht. Closely i wrapped some Bitumen against vibrations.

The bass is very good but i will buy an active under seat subwoofer.

So would you say the sound you get out of the new Speakers and new head unit is better than original? I'm thinking I might just change front and rear Speakers and new heady it and an active/underseat sub.

Its much better! Youll see that original radio has not enough power and clearness vs a new radio i swear on alpine due a great sound and customer service. Try it yourself ;)

I made some pictures from the headunit and the Speakers! Hope i could help you :) The sound is amazing clear and comes with heavy bass. But i need subwoofer for deeper sessions ....;) if you have questions ill try to answer!
