Cabriolet Hood Motors

Hi

I am a newcomer to the forum having just bought a 1995 Celica Cabriolet.

My first problem is that although the two hood motors are running there is no movement and I suspect it could be the shear pins.

Can anyone advise me how to get to the motors to check and replace the pins.
