Aux Installation In Rav4 2002

*I'm new to the forum and I'm not English/American so I sorry for my English.

I have a Toyota Rav4 2002 model, the long version (with the 2 doors in each side).

I have in the car an Radio disc by Kenwood (from 2002, no stock), and i don't want to replace it.

I want to install AUX port so I can listen to songs from my iPhone 5 (if it matters) from the car Speakers...

How can I do it ? should I take off the panel of the radio disc, then pull of the radio itself?

What should I buy for this?
