Changing Springs!

Iv just been presented with the option of buying some springs from a T-sport in really good condition.

and as i cant afford konis etc, i was wondering wether they would give me a better stiffer ride.

Also how much does it lower it by?

Also how hard is it to change the springs?

I would like to do this as it is a great budget option for me to do...

Thanks - Especially to jaxx as he will probably give me the first detailed answer lol lol

hi

springs - is the thing that takes the bumps out of the ride and will lower the car if they are shorter, they can also make the suspension stiffer if a stiffer spring is used

shocks(dampeners) - provide the dampening effect to stop the springs 'harmonic bouncing' of the springs. these can also make the suspension stiffer.

thats as simple as i can put it!

i can fit the spings and brace for you if desired, you would have to tell me in advance so i can arange space to do it (mates garage) although my high quality and fully detailed step through is always an option

iv look trough that tutorial and i dont think i could manage!

But would you say it is worth swapping from normal yaris springs to Tsport Springs?

And how much would you charge Jaxx?

Cheers
