Changed Headunit And Got Engine Check Light On, Vsc Light On And Trc O

Hi I'm new to this so take it easy

Just decided on putting a headunit in my 7th gen celica with ISO harness and single din adapter and I'm a bit of a noob but I changed the head unit with the Battery plugged in and now I know I shouldn't of have done so.

I have the engine l check light on, vsc light on and trc light on please help

Disconnect the earth off the Battery, leave it off for an hour.

Then reconnect and the ECU should reset.
