Help About Interior Light

Hi there,

I might sound silly but i need some more information about this led light or whatever it is please .I've highlighted it on the picture. Just bought my verso and don't really have any idea of what is the purpose of this light,how it works or how to use it.

Would really appreciate if some of you, members, can help me on this.

Its the InfraRed transmitter for the headphones on the rear entertainment system.
