Auto To Manual In A 96 Corolla

I was looking at maybe getting my 7a-FE rebuilt with forged internals, and getting a manual transmission put on. I love driving manuals and i was wondering how much of a pain in the ***** it is to change out the auto shifter and add a clutch when swapping for a manual tranny. Also about how much do you think it would run me? Thanks in advance,

Cody

After research, alot of people suggested putting the GE head on it. Is that from the 4a-ge? What would this help with? Thanks

I was gonna do that on my Mitsubishi Colt - the garage wanted around 200 quid to do it. They would have had to replicate a new linkage if I didn't supply one and I know that the radiator will need changing to a manual type, as I've had transmission fluid flowing through my radiator !
