Correct Antifreeze For 2004 2.0 D4D

Hello folks,

I'm changing the coolant on my 2.0 D4D avensis in the next few days. She's always been dealer (or Toyota specialist)serviced up until recently.

I'm going to get the antifreeze from the dealer, but is it true that there are two types (pink and red)?

I've heard horror stories about mixing coolants, therefore what coolant should I ask for?

As far as I'm aware the pink coolant (it isn't just antifreeze) is the long life coolant and has a life of around five years, whereas the red coolant has a life of around two years.
