Viewing A Gen 7 190 Tomorrow

Hi all,

I'm completely new to Celica's and have done a bit of research but would like to know the essential look fors when viewing this car tomorrow and also it's listed as a 190, how do I make sure it is a 190?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, and welcome to T.O.C.

The easiest way to spot the difference, is the inlet manifold. 140's have black plastic, whereas the 190 is steel, and will have VVTL-i on the engine.

All U.K. registered 190's have black leather seats, climate control, and a sunroof..although these three were available as the "premium" pack on the 140.

If you buy a pre face lift 190 or T Sport, make sure the lift/flange bolts are not worn!.
