First question. I have a Toyota Rav4 2012 with touch and go fitted. Just bought a new phone and have tried to pair it to the touch and go using blootooth. It is showing as paired on the phone and on the tough and go but refuses to connect for phone. My wifes phone works fine. Any suggestions?

I have the same system in mine and use a Nokia Lumia 800 with no probs at all.

I'm no expert but can you have both phones connected via BT at the same time? It might be worth going into the phone/BT menus and make sure, as a start, that you have nominated the phone that you want to use.

A trawl through the T&G manual will probably help although it is the size of War & Peace and seems to have been translated from Japanese by the same clowns who do it for Sony, so difficult is it to understand. On the other hand it's a wonderful cure for insomnia...............

Hi it is a Huawei Ascend Y330. It is showing on the touch and Go as paired but will not connect as a phone or for music . Says connection failed.

Presumably you have tried re-booting the phone?
