2007 2.0L Petrol Jumping Out Of 5Th Gear

done a search on here and it seems a common fault with most models.

just a quick post to see if the procedure and parts required are the same for the later rav4.3

It's the 4.1 and 4.2 model gearboxes that suffer from this problem - I don't think that this is a common problem on the 4.3. The parts will be different and I'm unsure of the difference in procedure compared to the 4.2. I had a 4.3 gearbox rebuilt by Advanced Transmissions in Billingham some time ago - they did an excellent job - and not too far from Durham.
