Recently bought a 2012 aygo go from a local toyota dealership and theres already an un-nerving sound coning from the front wheels whenever a full lock turn is performed both left and right directions. Is this commmon?

No, are the wheels rubbing on the bodywork.

They dont appear to be. I hope that if it was body work that the dealership would have been aware and resolved the issue!

jack the car up, put it on axle stands, get inside the car and put it on full lock one way, get underneath the car and check that it is not touching anything,

my guess is it's rubbing on the splash guard ( plastic inner arches)

do the full lock test both sides and have a look, if the car wasn't straight you would feel it shilst your driving,

the splash guards are only held in place with cheap plastic clips that are prone to breaking so they could move about abit if this is the case.

let us know what you find or if you need any other advice

The Mk1 Yaris has a slight oddity with the steering, where the wheels are not tracking properly at full lock, and you can hear one of the wheels being dragged slightly sideways on the ground or even that skidding squeal on some surfaces.

It is much more noticeable on some tyres than others.

I wonder if the Aygo does that too?

It doesnt sound like the tyre is sliding teally, its seems as if there is contact between the tyre and the body but there is no visible areas touching! I think il just take it back to the dealers and kick off, see where that gets me! Cheers for the responses people

If you get the metallic sounding noise when cornering then it maybe the heat shield rubbing against the brake disc

Pop your head behind the wheel and you'll see'll it, just bend it back, it's quite common

whilst i personally agree with the guard rubbing i disagree that it is it on this occasion as this would create a noise constantly on rotation and wouldnt be affected by the wheels turning, i would take 2 miniutes to put the car on full lock and see if it hits the splash guard,

also is the car fitted with standard wheels?

Second this one, take the car back to the dealers point out the noise, I bet the brake backing plates are the cause.
