Corolla Verso: Struggling To Find Air Con Compressor Part Number

Hi.

I have a 2004 Corolla Verso 2.0 Diesel.

The Air Con compressor needs changing. I've found quite a few suppliers who have this part but some of them have requested the part number, because there might be 2 different versions of the part - but I cannot this number get unless the compressor is removed, which is gonna cost me 2 lots of labour charges.

I called Toyota, they took my car details and they told me straight off that they wouldnt give me the part number but did quote me £1200...

Still struggling. Ordered 1 - when it came to fixing it, it was unsuitable.

None of the part numbers I have been given seem to correspond to the numbers on my actual air con compressor (I took some photos when it was removed).

Already cost me £70 in labour and p&p (to receive & return new part) - just to have the original part taken out & put back in!

I was told that these were the part numbers that I needed:-

The original part was: 88310-0F020

Replaced by: 88310-0F021

Replaced by: 88310-05101

None of the above part numbers appear on the faulty part or the part that I was sent. Really really confused
