How To Update Sat Nav?

Hi there,

Can any of you members help me on this one. I want to update the sat nav in my 2005 2.2d verso car but don't really know how to do that. Tried to find a new dvd for it but cant really find any or maybe not really looking in the right place for it. I've attached a picture of the sat nav model, think its TOYOTA SAT NAV SYSTEM 08662-00910. Would really appreciate if any of you can help.

The only legal way of updating the sat nav is via a Toyota dealer - which will be expensive.
