Replace Headlight Unit

Hi,

I want to replace one of the headlight units of my Avensis 1.8 (T25) 2003. I read already quite a lot about it and even checked youtube. I'm still wondering if this is an easy job to do by myself or not? I'm not used to work on cars, but it doesn't seem that difficult. What do you think?

Second question: I can order a new headlight unit with or without motor for adjusting "LWR". I asked the man what the difference is and he told me that this is a small motor to adjust the height of the lights when you operate the switch near the steering wheel. Is this true? And most of all: do I have to order a unit with or without motor? Is it easy to remove the existing motor and put it on the new unit?

Sorry for my English… it's not my mother tongue. :-) Thanks a lot!
