4.2 D-4D...confused On Which Oil?

Hi,

Been a while since I was last on here so Hello.

I'm going to be carrying out an Oil and Filter change on my parents 2005 2.0 D-4D next weekend and in the processing of purchasing oil.

However, I have read that 5w-30 Semi is spec'd but yet on Opie Oils it brings up 10w-30 Oil??

Little confused so thought I would ask what you guys have or are using?

On the 2.0 d4d I was told toyota changed it tp 10w30, thats whats in mine anyway.
