Hi peeps, need some help! :help:

The aerial on my gen 5 has stopped working properly, had the mast out last night, i think the nylon cord that raises the mast has snapped? with the mast out and fully shut there is only about 3" of cord sticking out from the bottom, should this be longer? if so it means a new mast? if it has snapped how do i get the old remaining part out.

The motor still works and will pick-up the 3" thats left to retract the mast but thats as far as it lifts/lowers it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would think they are much the same as the aerial used on the MR2. If you look on the IMOC site http://www.imoc.co.uk there is a TECHNICAL section in there is a sub section HOW TO'S if you click on that scroll down to the MECHANICAL section, the first article there is how to fix the aerial
