Replacement Aerial And Gear Knob

Hi, can anyone recommend any good replacement aerials and gear knobs. I would like a shorter aerial but one that still picks up good reception, and a leather gear knob. Also if anyone has any links/pictures that would be great!

I know the Lexus has the same thread, I tried a friends leather gear knob off his 2002 IS200 ......although mine is the MMT Aygo.

As regards the replacement aerial - are you looking to replace just the mast or the complete fitting?

I'm going to have to change the complete fitting as the aerial has seized inside the base mount and I've tried to remove it. I already have a new mount just looking for a good replacement aerial that's maybe a bit shorter.

I bought a little stubby from Halfords, think it was about £9, simple screw onto original base, reception unaffected and makes the appearance of the car better in my opinion
