Rav4 D4D 2003 2.0 Problem

hi all first time posting so bare with me !

got a few questions regard rav4 but i will start with the scenario first

purchased a rav4 d4d recently with a blown turbo was smoking like a steam train, replaced turbo cartridge for just under £120 fitted it after cleaning out intercooler pipes bla bla bla

started engine smoke from the exhaust took a while to clear due to oil in system.

drove it down the road and car went into limp mode, had the codes read .

code p0100 maf malfunction / cleaned and tested seems fine

code p1115 intake air temp

code p1228 scv i know about these reading the forums and this will be the last 1 to change

now my findings

the car will start on the button but when revved the turbo actuator arm will pull up and not return when boost is needed, take pipe off svs actuator arm gos down / same when disconnecting map sensor arm gets a signal , car will then rev ,

when the ignition is on theres a buzzing sound from the vsv , is this normal or is this my problem, the vsv will suck the turbo actuator arm up but it stays up and the variable vanes are free moving as i cleaned the as new

any thoughts on this as its doing my head in before i go through the rigmarole of buying sensors

thanks

No need to shout.

The purpose of the New Members Introductions section, is just for new members to introduce themselves, and not to ask specific questions re their vehicle. The section displays the following:

This section is for new members to introduce themselves. Please do not ask questions about your car here.

Topic moved to the Rav 4 club (where the question should have been asked originally).

hi, sorry was confused at the time friday beverages !!

just re inspected maf sensor readings again ; 2.39 volts disconnected , connected 3.68 no fluctuation when blowing through sensor

so guessing this is a good starting point, would this stop the vsv from functioning properly

tested vsv for resistance 37-44 @ 20deg my readings get .011 ???
