Serpentine Belt For 2007 Auris T Spirit 1.6 Vvt-Im

Hi Guys

My first time on the forum...and need some advice. The serpentine belt on my Auris has snapped and disappeared somewhere on a local duel carriageway. I want to replace myself, but have had real trouble finding a belt diagram (so I know which pulleys need to be connected). Can any one advise whether I need the longer belt for the air conditioning or the shorter?

Equally where the automatic tension bolt is on the Auris...seen plenty U-Tube vids but none for the Auris.

Any help very much appreciated.

You will need the longer belt if you have AC part number 90916-02664 from your local Toyota dealer, tension is controlled by an adjuster on the alternator.

On a new belt correctly tensioned the:

Deflection of the belt between the alternator and crank should be between 7.5 and 8.6mm

Tension of the belt between crank and AC compressor should be 65 and 75 kg
