Replace Clutch And Engine Will Start And Turn Off After 2 Seconds

Hi guys im new over here

I have just replaced a clutch of a toyota auris 1.3l petrol version

Removed the gearbox had to remove 4 baisic wires

one for the speedo

reverse

earth wire

and the air flow meter socket

I went to start the engine and it starts runs for 2 seconds and goes off plugged the diagnostic and showed fault codes p0351, 352 ,353, 354 each naming the coils individually as ignition coil primary / secondary cirucit.

had a good look at all fuses wiring sockets of crank position sensor cam sensors ect and all stayed the same also checked the coils individually which are working ok when being tested

left the car for over an hour to re set but nothing happened.

any clever ideas?

Yes does the car vibrate/shake when you start it up? If it does its more than likely to be the ignition coils. If that doesent work try changing the spark plugs.
