Ok, looking at the lights from rougue systems, which do you guys prefer? i think the lexus lights look better in daylight but the rev6 look cool at night. I'm going to want these soon and i can't decide which ones to have so i'll see what you think looks better.

A bit obvious what I was gonna vote for.... :)

Rev 6 baby !!

Keep in mind the rev6 still has an extra LED ring to be fitted each side. Then they would look even better !

Never really a fan of Rev6 lights until I saw that picture - they do look wicked in the dark, but I think lexus just pips them during the day...

Not a fan of the Lex .. and the Rev6 win cause you can customise them yourself ..

But I'm still a Rev3+ man ..

yip.. when I get round to it I'll put on the extra 2 led rings and wire up my rear foggy.

You can even get smoked lenses for the lights.. they look the nads too !! I'll be sticking with the normal ones tho as my car is red and they look good as is.

Out of the two, Rev6. But I stil reckon there's nothing better than Rev3.

As I have always said Lexus lights should be left where they originated from - Lexus

I know but just stating my opinion , as with any club with so mnany members not evryone will agree but it's great that in here we can voice our own opinions and normally most members will realise that it is only one persons opinions....

I may hate them, others may love them, each to their own....

would be boring if we all liked the same stuff :)

i'll add to that i think they all look a bit max muppet, rev3 are best, closely followed by rev1 & 2.

Its obvious that I would have to post in this thread at some point!

I dont think the lex lights look 'cheapo' at all because they are very well made. My black chrome ones look very well and as I have said before, the pictures dont do them justice. I think the lex lights look better during the day and ok at night but the rev6 lights look worse in the day and better at night.

Can I ask why this poll isnt titled, "what lights look better at night" as the pics are only shown at night.

I'm pleased with the way the black chrome looks against my red,

Rev6 in the light...

In the light I think the lex wins.

Jappy - I think you need to colour code the center panel and the rubbing strips and they will look far nicer.

I don't think the rev6 lights look bad in daylight but they do tend to suit the kitted cars more as they are so obviously after market. The lexus lights are good because they look well on the more standard cars as well as the modified ones - I guess the rev6 lights are more hardcore..... I know which i'd rather be hey Jim.....

HARDCORE!!

I perhaps shouldn't have put me, jim and hardcore in the same sentence - I can see the eyebrows raising as I speak, but I needed to put my point across!!

You can have all smoked lenses like the aobve pic which look good too.

I agree with Matt Jappy... if you colour code the centre panel and side strips they will look batter. ( not saying they look bad tho mate ! )

HARDCORE.... yeah baby..... lol

lol, hardcore...

think i'll put down my preference for orderin the lexus rears.

imo they look more "classy". like matt said the rev6 rears are obviously aftermarket.

So i reckon with the stuff i've got planned for the car the lexus rears will suit it more so than rev6 or stock.

If i were to go along a slightly different route i'd get the schmoked rev6 rears in a heartbeat ;)

There is a nice little wiring mod you can do to your Rev3+ lights so that when braking all four rear red lights come on. It utilises the rear fog lights to be switched into activating braking as well  The standard brake lights are not that bright in day light and for those with no high level brake light - it's the perfect mod

As for after market lights looking aftermarket, Lexus look far, far ,far worse than Rev6. Lexus just do not belong. Rev6 at least keep the lines of the car together and make it look like more thought and planning has gone into them. Lexus look cheap and nasty. My opinion of course - each to their own
