Headlights Adjustment

Just a Quick one guys

I have 4 years now since my headlights were messed up by Jemca Bromley

Since then I replaced all but the projector lenses

ATM my lights are pointing like a pair if perky !Removed!: uncentered and pointing up. When I'm next to an road sign, 9 feet away,it's turning lit like mad. So I have the lumens I guess

My question is: is there any other method to adjust them besides the classical screwdriver and MOT like lenses? I've done those 7-8 times. All passed. But I'm still not getting the proper alignment.

I've heard of some electronic device which is checking if the bulbs and the projector lenses are being centered/aligned.... But that was on a golf forum

Is there anything out there that could have them aligned to have my floodlike beams back again?
