1995 Toyota Lucida Estima Indicator Arm

hi all,i am new here si apollogies if I have posted in the wrong place.

can the indicator and light arm be fixed.

my dog chewed the end of it so the wires were hanging,we were an hour away from home but indicators were still working so decided to go home them sort the problem out.

whilst driving up to a junction I went to indicate and the arm completely came off in my hand.it is not attached to anything.the wires are all that a visible.we have had a look inside where the arm should be attached and have found that bit that works the indicators but can not figure out how we would fix the arm back on.this obviously also means we have no lights on the car.

is there a way to fix.any help or suggestions are very welcome.thank you for taking the time to read this.
