I pay £12 a month for my 3 year service plan which includes two £99 services and one full service at two years old. This means they shouldn't charge me anything, I just book it in for a service and show them my card.

Yes that's how it works. The only extra you may want, will be a brake fluid change with the full service, if that wasn't included in the service plan.
