Opinions On A Celica I Might Buy Tomorrow?

Seen a celica tonight which looks pretty nice inside. It's 2004 with 93k on the clock in Black.

The outside is alright, although a couple of dents in the roof (his girlfriend sat on it). Noticed a shallow scratch along the passenger side rear.

Engine sounds good, test drive it drove fine. Claims he services it every 3 months (not sure I believe this but it's definatly been looked after).

Interior is flawless. Non-leather, and non-sunroof (Not sure I like the look of the sun roof anyway).

Standard wheels, no modifications. New Exaust and he said he put a new radiator on it. Said it will need 2 new tyres, although seemed ok to me.

He wants £1400 for it. Doesn't seem prepared to budge on the price.

Is this worth £1400?

Thanks, but I think that the guide doesn't reflect todays prices.
