My phone just rang. I had to run about the house trying to find it because it's a cordless. When I eventually found the thing it was an automated message from "Prizeline UK"... after about 3 seconds I hung up.

What the heck is this crap all about ??

I also get this automated rubbish at all times of the day, when i pick up it just beebs at me i have to unplug the phone from the wall to re-set the dial tone :ffs:

these last few years its got worse and worse.. its so piggin annoying..

I used o get alot of email spam to the point i was pulling my hair out.. technology and marketing are a lethal mix

I get these calls all time, just as well I have a answer phone to screen my calls! Pain in the a :censor: ! A woman I work with actually had to change her number because of the volume of calls she was getting!

you cant really, the charge initiates as soon as you pick up the handset

and what you gonna do if the phone rings......pick it up!

only thing is to use a caller ID phone but if your mates use private numbers the your screwed!
