Hi Mike,

Look at my picture . My car is a left hand drive ( i'm from France ) i don't know if right hand drive are both the same . Hope it 'll help. see ya

Thats the fuel pump! The 5th injector is in the D-CAT at the back of the engine. It uses diesel (On a re gen) to burn off the crap inside the DPRN filter. Giving the car a good "Italian " tune up will help blow out the carbon and reduce the number or regeneration. So will using a good fuel like V-Power derv.

The 5th injector is fitted into the lower front passenger side of the cylinder head, see picture attached, part 23710B

Thats still the fuel pump mate ;)

So it's in a different place to the Avensis T180 2.2L then? Thats interesting

The 5th injector is fitted in the same location on all 180 2ADFHV engined cars including Auris, Avensis, Verso & Rav4
