Two common (and easy to solve) issues with alarms going off are a failing 12v (or a low voltage due to short trips etc), the rear hatch not closing correctly causing the boot light to light running the 12v low and/or alarm to sound and finally a new 4g mast in your area. (800 mhz ones apparently).
