Headlight Misting/condensation.

2014 Mk 3 Yaris. Has anyone experienced their headlights misting up on the inside?

Initially started at the top of both on the horizontal "cosmetic" part. Looks to be a double skin arrangement. That has temporarily disappeared.

Now there's a patch of condensation in the offside unit at the lower inner and similarly, but only misted in the nearside unit. The offside unit is the worse.

In lots of years driving and with many cars, of various manufacture, this is the first time ever I've had this happen.

Of course Toyota try to cover their backsides in the manual by stating some misting is normal. No it's not, it's abnormal.

Warming with a hair dryer etc. might well dry them out but that's just treating the symptom, not the cause.

My 12 Reg Mk3 SR very very occasionally has a bit of condensation in them , but when driving and arriving to the destination it is all good. I have had my blubs upgraded to optibrights as well.
