Toyota Previa Cant Get A Top Bolt On Rear Shock Off Rusted Advice

toyota previa on 95, top bolt on rear shock rusted and cant get it off any ideas and help much appreciated please,

Squirt with WD40 leave over night, if that fails heat can work or an impact driver

we have tried 2 days dw40 no movement, we have been suggested pb blaster oil anyone know where to get this from. we have tried cuttin it. no joy it aint moving.

I think impact driver or a blowtorch (Heat it up to expand & loosen it, not to melt or cut it!) will be your best bets...
