T25 Dashboard Lights

Hi,

i have a big problem with my car. When i turn on the ignition, dashboard lights go crazy. I can hear the relays going on/off 4-5 times in a second. I reached to the relay box and changed 1 relay, but that wasn't the problem.

Turning the key on nr 1 - some lights go on (everything is fine)
Turning the key on nr2 - all lights go on (everything is fine)
Turn key to start engine - all dashboard lights start flickering and i can hear relays go crazy.

One possibility is that "SWITCH ASSY" is broken topic HERE

Has anyone heard of this kind of problem?

Yes it was a faulty alternator

If i understand correctly, then i need to change "SWITCH ASSY" ?

Does the car actually start? If not I have had a similar problem, dashboard, interior, radio lights going crazy, horn sounding & alarm going off all at the same time. In my case a new Battery sorted it, so before replacing anything get your battery/alternator checked out
