Black Smoke And No Power!

Avensis 2.0 D4D 200k miles on clock. Car drives but no power. Going up a hill I was in 2nd gear full foot to floor and wouldn't go over 20mph. Upto now I've had all 4 injectors tested and are fine. New EGR and turbo. Had a working intercooler off a mates car installed. Full service done yesterday. Cleaned MAF sensor but still same. No engine check light comes on. Been reading through some other posts and now think it could possibly be a faulty MAP sensor. Bought an injector pump but haven't had it installed yet. Don't really know what to do. That's why I'm hoping someone on here can possibly help me out. I've got a can of petrol, do you have a match? :-)

Right guys problem solved. It was my EGR that was faulty, even though it was just 6 months old. Over looked this as I'd only had it installed June last year. Had a new one fitted yesterday morning. Was still a little smokey for a while until I put some wynns diesel system cleaner in the tank and took it on motorway for a few miles. Since then no smoke. Fingers crossed.
