Low Fuel Warning Problem

I have just had a new engine fitted by my local Toyota dealer under their 7 year warranty as the head gasket had failed, since then the low fuel warning has not been displayed on the 2 occasions that the tank has needed filling, both times the range has indicated less than 30 miles till empty & I recall that the warning always used to come on at about 70 miles till empty. The fuel gauge is working fine as is the range indication. 2007 diesel model.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this, could it be due to an ecu update that was done at the same time as the new engine was fitted perhaps?

Thanks Andy
