does anyone know if these are easily removable.

ever since cleaning the manifold I had to remove the pipes and these seals leak.

So I want to know if its just a case of removing the pipes and pulling the seals out or is it a rocker cover off job.

Once the pipes are off u can remove the seals with a flat screw driver they just pop out

Thank you mate, one of my friends did advise that would be the case. I shall get these ordered, do you think I have disturbed the seals when previously removing the pipes?

They tend to get hard and brittle so removing the pipes could have upset them alright. I take it that it is oil that is leaking on diesel

I have fixed the leaks well its been a week and the area is dry.

I ordered a new rubber seal/gasket for the oil filler cap from Mr T it cost around £2.

I invested in some of these in preparation for the job.

I undone one of the nuts and screwed in it back in by hand then tightened with my new flare nut spanner (17mm) it never leaked after monitoring it for two days. (this was just me trying one of my new spanners)

So I did the same on the other 3.

UPDATE; I

in the end I had to replace the seals, you have to remove the 4 injector pipes and then prize the old seals out with a screwdriver. and then push new ones in
