Steering Rack Bushings 2002 Avensis D4D - Help Please

Hoping someone on here can help/advise -

The power steering busings have gone on the car and now I've knocking in the steering. I've been to a number of mechanics and main dealers and they are all telling me to buy a new power steering rack basically just to get the bushing kit. I've been told the power steering rack is perfect though, its just the busings I need to replace. Unfortunately they do a bushing kit for the Verso but thats not compatable with mine and as you can imagine I'd really rather not go to the expense of buying a new power steering rack just to get the busing kit.

Anyone come across this problem before or have any idea where I might source the bushing kit on its own ?
