03 Previa Rear Sliding Door Closing Problem

recently the passenger side rear sliding door has become a pain to close , you have to slam it to close and then half the time it appears to bounce back open , the only way to really close it properly is to close from outside and push firmly on the rear of the door.

When the door is open the sliding part in the middle seem to be very loose compared with the lesser used door on the other side , I'm guessing this looseness is the root of the problem.

Question is how do I get to this to check it as it appears to be behind the rear quarterlight glass ?

Just to add when you open it , you can hear a click as if it's catching the glass.
