Avensis 2.2 D4D -- Vsc, Trc Off , Engine Management Lights

whilst at work tonight (taxi driver) My avensis jerked into limp mode . so i turned off and restarted engine (this usually sorts it) but this time im left with vsc, trc off amd engine managment lights on dash

power in back but very very lumpy

plz help

The same lights turned on in the dash of my 2004 d4d 2.0, only without the loss of power. Turns out all my glowplugs are dead.

Egr cleaned and lights out and driving alot better still a little lumpy gonna check filters next but running so happy

good stuff, get the car up to running temp and give it a good blast on the motorway did the valve open and close easily when you cleaned it?

so egr been cleaned twice new filters and deisel cleaner

no getting code p0200 open circuit to injector

still going into limp mode
