Bumper Paint Match Up

hi everyone,i'm back again for some advice.i need to touch up a small area on the rear bumper of my rav.the colour of the car is metallic blue and the code is 8P1. i had some made up at a specialist place but it's far too silver.does anyone know the correct colour for the bumper paint,or the code for it?

There are two options for the secondary colour on a two tone Rav

1D4 is silver

196 is grey
