Does anybody know if the Adaptive Front Lighting needs to be calibrated at the same time as the tracking is done?

Also does anybody else find the HID lights on the new Avensis really rather poor? I really struggle to see where I'm going when driving on unlit roads at night particularly if cars are coming the opposite way.

Don't know about afs calibration but I would think that it is tied to steering wheel/rack angle rather than tracking (so if the car drives straight when the wheel is in the straight ahead you will be OK).

No, they are OK imo. Just as well because there is no upgrade option available afaik (unlike the standard bulbs).
