Car Starts But No Electrics Please Help

I replaced the clutch on our 1998 Rav 4 this went ok and we took it to a garage to see what would be needed for MOT. It needed new front wheel bearing and one of the ABS sensors had been damaged during the clutch work and all the electrics were working.

Got home did the work but when I came to start the car with a fully off the car charged Battery it started but the only electrics working were headlights, hazard lights, open door warning light and sound, no other electrics are working or other panel lights.

Also the alternator looks to be not charging the Battery or powering the ignition. I have taken out all the spade fuses and checked them and as far as I can tell the large fuses in the engine bay.
