Woohoo, passed the MOT again,I'm pleased as my 2008 Rav is now 7 years old, and anything over 4-5 years you start to wonder about emissions and all that stuff.

Got a weird advisory though 'exhaust corroded', thats like saying 'tyres dirty' or 'car is not brand new' as the exhaust would be corroded on a sixth month old car!

Mind you, if its the dreaded centre box on the way out (thats the £1000 bit?) then a new car might be cheaper than fixing the exhaust!

I've taken a few cars for mot recently and they always seem to put "exhaust corroded" in the advisories , I think its just to cover their bottoms if it should just fall off as you drive away from the test centre.
