Battery Change In Rav4

Hi All - help!

Tried to start car this morning and dead Battery. Had the Battery changed and now the radio/sat nav will not work or any of the buttons respond. Can't get any response from anything but have got power as the CD player will throw out the CD. Is there any kind of reset procedure I need to do to get the screen and everything working again?

RAC changed the Battery but can't work out whats happened - no reply from the local Toyota Garage!
