Rear Cab Window

Hi all

I am about to buy a Toyota Hilux 3.0D-4D Invincible Double Cab and wanted to ask a question.

I have dog sitting business and will be using the truck to collect all the dogs but I need to hear what is going on in the back. My question is this, firstly is it possible to remove the rear window, or replace it with a sliding window? Secondly I believe all canopies leave a gap between the canopy itself and the cab, so if i did remove the window the truck would be open to the elements, is there any way of over coming this, or is there a bespoke canopy maker you'd suggest? Any info will be gratefully received. Many thanks
