Fascia Advice

Hi, I've recently bought a 2002 reg Avensis 2.0ltr Vvti-I sr model, with which I naturaly wanted to put my own single din pioneer stereo in. However the fascia I ordered from Halford's turned out not to fit, then they turned around and told me they don't do one for this model toyota. See the issue from what I can see is that the Center panel comes in 3 parts - air con in the top, stereo & GPs in the middle, then CD player in the bottom. A regular single din fascia appears only to fill 1 of the gaps, yet I need 1 to fill both gps & cd area. Can anyone help or advise please, possibly recommend somewhere to get a fascia to fit? I include a pic of the center console.

I've just looked at the link you sent there gary, is that fascia meant to cover 1 or 2 sections of the Center console ( cd or cd & gps?) see that's the issue, because both will have to come out. I would have thought the fascia would have been single din with a pocket under it, you following me mate? But I can't seem to find one.

No - that one fits. The replacement head unit sits lower than the original - the facia has a flange above and below the slot. The dimensions for the total height will be the same as those for the radio/gps and cd slot combined on the original. The facia is sold (cheaper) on both eBay and Amazon. There are different angled photos of it across those sitrs
