Fuel Filler Switch

Hi everyone

I'm afraid this is a really dull question.

Is your fuel filler switch completely back (like mine, below) or does it have the fuel symbol painted in white? I thought I might have seen a white version on a 2009/2010 iQ a while ago and, since then, I've noticed it's difficult to see when filling up at night.

I'm sorry, but I warned you it was a dull question :D

There are two versions of the fuel release lever

77306-52030 up to build date Sept 2010

77306-52050 from build date Sept 2010 onwards

Mine is plain black as well, no big problem as its my car I now know where it is!

Can't understand why they changed it though it makes sense for the symbol to be white?

Black on the 2012 model year and up to the last cars I think, not sure about earlier models.
